Independent Cleaning Service Provider Agreement

This Independent Cleaning Service Provider Agreement ("Agreement") governs the relationship between Linisin Athens and each independent Verified Cleaner ("Partner") who applies to and operates through the platform. By submitting an application and accepting bookings, the Partner confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement.

  • 1. Partner Status. The Partner is an independent service provider, not an employee, agent, or representative of Linisin Athens, unless a separate written employment agreement has been signed. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or franchise relationship. The Partner sets their own availability, accepts or declines bookings, and is responsible for the way in which the service is performed within the scope agreed with the Client.
  • 2. Right to Work in Greece. The Partner confirms that they have the legal right to work in Greece, whether as a Greek/EU citizen or under a valid Greek residence permit, visa, or official certificate. The Partner agrees not to accept bookings if their documents are expired, invalid, restricted, false, unclear, incomplete, or do not permit them to work.
  • 3. Identity Verification. The Partner agrees to provide a valid passport or national ID and any additional documentation reasonably required by Linisin Athens for verification, safety, and compliance purposes. Verification does not create an employment relationship and does not transfer legal responsibility for the Partner's status to Linisin Athens.
  • 4. Data Consent. The Partner consents to the processing of their personal data as described in the Linisin Athens Privacy, Verification & Safety Policy for verification, coordination, safety, communication with Clients, record keeping, and compliance with applicable law.
  • 5. Conduct Rules. The Partner agrees to arrive on time, behave professionally, respect Clients and their homes, follow reasonable safety instructions, avoid discrimination, refrain from consuming alcohol or drugs on the job, and never bring unauthorized persons to the service location.
  • 6. Cleaning Materials. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, cleaning materials and equipment are provided by the Client at the service location. The Partner is not required to purchase materials on behalf of the Client and may pause or reschedule the service if reasonable materials are not available.
  • 7. Property, Damage, and Missing Items. The Partner agrees to treat the Client's property with reasonable care and to promptly report any accidental damage or breakage. Claims of missing items or damage are the Partner's own responsibility as an independent service provider. Linisin Athens will facilitate honest communication in good faith but does not assume the Partner's civil or criminal responsibility.
  • 8. Payments. The Verified Cleaner service fee is paid directly by the Client to the Partner after the service, unless communicated otherwise in writing by Linisin Athens. The Partner is responsible for issuing any receipt or invoice required under Greek tax law and for meeting their own tax and social insurance obligations. Linisin Athens does not withhold tax or social contributions from the Partner service fee.
  • 9. Reviews and Ratings. Clients may leave reviews and ratings after the service. Reviews may affect the Partner's visibility on the platform. Linisin Athens may moderate, decline, edit for clarity, or remove reviews that are offensive, defamatory, misleading, or contrary to law.
  • 10. No Guaranteed Work. Linisin Athens does not guarantee any minimum volume, frequency, income, or continuity of bookings. Bookings depend on Client demand, availability, verification status, past performance, and Linisin Athens's coordination decisions.
  • 11. Suspension or Removal. Linisin Athens may suspend or remove the Partner's profile for false or expired documents, unsafe behavior, repeated complaints, suspected theft, damage disputes, no-shows, harassment, or any material violation of this Agreement or applicable law. Where reasonable, Linisin Athens will inform the Partner of the reason before removal.
  • 12. Direct Client Contact and Loyalty Rules. The Partner agrees not to bypass Linisin Athens after being introduced to a Client through the platform, including by booking that Client directly, through another platform, or through a third party for a period of twelve (12) months from the last coordinated booking, unless the Partner pays a reasonable coordination fee to Linisin Athens or Linisin Athens gives prior written consent. The Partner will not solicit Clients away from the platform, share private contact details for the purpose of bypass, or badmouth other Partners or Linisin Athens.
  • 13. Verified Cleaner Responsibility and Indemnity. The Partner is solely responsible for the way in which the service is performed and for any consequences arising from their own acts or omissions. The Partner agrees to indemnify and hold Linisin Athens harmless from any claim, loss, cost, or liability arising from the Partner's breach of this Agreement, negligence, willful misconduct, unlawful behavior, or failure to comply with tax, insurance, or social security obligations, to the extent permitted by Greek law.
  • 14. Serious Incidents. Serious incidents such as accidents, injuries, threats, violence, harassment, or suspected criminal behavior must be reported to the appropriate Greek authorities and to Linisin Support without delay. The Partner will cooperate with lawful investigations.
  • 15. Agreement Acceptance. By submitting an application and accepting bookings, the Partner accepts this Agreement in its then-current version. A version identifier and audit record are stored for each acceptance. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece); the courts of Athens shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights of the Partner.
  • 16. Early Access and Limited Onboarding. Linisin Athens is currently operating in an Early Access / Pilot Phase and onboards Partners selectively based on verification, service area, quality standards, and operational capacity. Application does not guarantee acceptance, activation, or a specific volume of bookings. Linisin Athens may pause new applications, restrict service areas, or accept only selected Partners while quality and safety operations are established.
  • 17. High Demand and Booking Allocation. During high-demand periods, Linisin Athens may prioritize bookings based on Partner availability, location, past performance, verification status, response time, and coordination decisions. Linisin Athens does not guarantee that any specific booking will be offered to any specific Partner.
  • 18. Partner Availability and Coordination. The Partner agrees to keep their availability, service area, and contact details up to date, and to respond to booking offers within a reasonable time. Repeated last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or unresponsiveness may reduce visibility on the platform or lead to suspension. If the Partner cannot attend a confirmed booking, they must notify Linisin Support as early as possible so that an alternative can be coordinated for the Client.
  • 19. Transportation Support Fee. For bookings where distance, timing, traffic, or transport availability affect arrival reliability, Linisin Athens may agree with the Client on an optional Transportation Support Fee to help cover the Partner's travel. Transportation Support Fees are coordinated by Linisin Athens on a case-by-case basis and are paid directly to the Partner unless communicated otherwise. Transportation support does not change the Partner's status as an independent service provider.
  • 20. Maintenance Mode and Service Pause. Linisin Athens may enter maintenance mode or an emergency safety pause during which new bookings, the booking form, or Partner applications may be temporarily disabled. During such periods, existing coordinated bookings may still be honored where safe. The Partner will cooperate with Linisin Support during such periods.
  • 21. Data Export, Archive, and Lawful Deletion. The Partner may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of their personal data. Linisin Athens will comply with such requests to the extent required by applicable Greek and EU data protection law, subject to legal, accounting, tax, safety, anti-fraud, verification, and record-retention obligations. Identity documents, right-to-work documents, and booking records may need to be retained for the periods required by law and cannot be deleted on request while those retention periods apply.
